"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"

"The check in process was wonderful. We received warm greetings from the front desk staff and it was helpful that she was proficient with speaking English. The thermal pools and the breakfast buffet were the best parts of our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!"

"Appartement en ligging is prima. Communicatie vooraf lastig omdat ze in Pools communiceren, terwijl ze wel Engels spreken. Ter plekke was communiceren via Whats app goed te doen. "

"Świetna obsługa, domek bardzo fajnie wyposażony, do tego własny kominek, dwie łazienki i dwie Sypialnie. Czysto i przytulnie"

"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

"I like the history of the hotel and transformation to the very high end hotel"

"Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Einrichtung, tolle Wandermöglichkeiten, super Restaurants in der Nähe. "

"Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice."

"The only thing I did not like about it is that you need to pay 80 Euros to use hot tub every time , plus dress code to go to dinner . "

"We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. Overall good but would not want rooms on 901...
