"Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early which was appreciated.
The pool was very nice. Appreciated the shuttle boat and used it several times.
The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but it was a little confusing where to find things as the buffet was spread over several rooms. Perhaps as guests arrive for breakfast a staff member could explain the layout.
No housekeeping provided- perhaps you need to request it. If so, explain this to guests. "

"The grounds are beautiful. The staff was excellent. We had a junior suite that had a plunge pool. It was perfect. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style if you have the half-board package. The selections are good. The other restaurants are included in the all inclusive package or you can charge the bill to your room. The pool is gorgeous with ample seating. The beach is very rocky. "Staff was useless. Both restaurents staff were utterly useless. Even Management wasn't good. I got refused the basic necessity, WATER by the management at the buffet.
The cleaning lady for my room was the best. "
