"Our initial room assignment was not to our liking, and Vanessa at the desk was very helpful in relocating us to a room with a fabulous view of the city. Everything after the relocation was to our liking, except having to get up at 4:30am to catch our ride to the airport on the day of our departure. "I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating.
