"Wonderful staff at reception Frank, Thombre driver, Ramlal etc. all of them. Was visiting for an eye procedure at the Insight Eye Clinic and this was extremely convinient. Outdoors is indias famous organized chaos due to its central location outside Dadar station. Inside is tranquil. Lots of food options in the three restaurants at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay here again if need arises. "

"Hotel is ok but before check in everything is working properly or not working. There staff need to check before entering in hotel room. TV program was not working properly. I have complaint then they upgraded my room and then everything was fine. Other wise staff were good."
