Hotel Murah 4 Bintang di Crystal City

"From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we checked out, we were greeted with friendly smiles and were made to feel welcome. The hotel was clean and well-maintained and, most importantly, I felt safe in and outside of the hotel."

"It was a nice stay at this hotel and would return."

"The front desk staff were very rude; they were fighting amongst themselves, and thats the guest problem too. Couldn't explain how the building has two towers and that affects the room number you get; had to ask another staff member for help. All the front desk associate told me was I should go by the elevators (there are two different sets of elevators). It took me over twenty minutes to find my room. Very rude, unprofessional, and I will not be staying here again. I was double-charged for Wi-Fi...

"Great find .. and great service"

"Front desk staff was rude and seemed too busy talking on the phone or staying in the back office to actually help. Everything else about the property was great."

"I booked a larger room then we were given. I mentioned we were celebrating our 50th anniversary could we get a nice room. The staff gave us a less room then what I booked. The hotel is not centrally located to anything we had to use a cab to visit anything in DC. Very disappointed in this stay."

"Huge hotel that I recommend exploring. Steps away from dining and late night"
