"The overhead shower wasn't very strong, and the smaller shower head had to be hand held because the holder was broken. The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. There was only one shelf in the bathroom and it was slatted, so the cheap sachets provided for shampoo etc fell to the floor. Basically there was no room to put anything. The sink plug was useless. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding clean. The swimming pool was quite nice, although the shallow end was too shallow for...

"Enigma has a great location and, in my opinion, the concept of the hotel has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not quite live up to what we expected, especially considering the price we paid. The hotel is clearly in need of better maintenance. There was mould visible on some of the walls, the pool did not look particularly clean, and the spa felt quite outdated. "We had a very poor experience here, when we checked in there was no information on where things are or how the resort operates I had to request more information, and after checking in it was nearly impossible to get a hold of reception for any issues as they do not answer the phone, we were on the eco-resort and I had to get in the car and travel back to reception to get any kind of a response. They also take a deposit of one nights stay and said they would return it 72 hours after check out but...
