"Nice locTion"

"Beds were clean, as well as the bathroom. Water pressure was not great, and we had to ask for more towels every day. We had 4 people in our room and only received 2 towels daily. The pool is small, but nice. Everything was WAY overpriced, as most hotels, but especially the coffee bar. No microwave in the room, but it was listed as an amenity. "

"There is property fee of $28 USD + Tax per day. It doesn’t mention on their Expedia page. Room has no coffee/tea and no room service. Restaurants onsite rarely open! Compared to other Freehand locations, this LA location is BAD! Staff was very friendly thou!"

"Hotel does not have microwave in rooms, there is one per floor in the room with the ice machine. While using the microwave, security came harassing my husband, falsely accusing him of urinating in the room. In a room where my husband stepped one foot inside to hold a plate for me. When the security confirmed there was nothing in the room and that it was clean, my husband wanted an apology. No apology was given, instead he has threatened. "Really amazing vibes. Definitely get a room by the pool. You can walk right out your back door. Super nice. All of the bars are great, but especially check out. The bowling bar upstairs. Forgot what it’s called. Eating at the pool is super pricey and frankly nothing special. Great service though."
