"I would recommend avoiding this hotel. I had booked a hotel room and when I went to check in they found my name but there was a technical error that did not register my booking. At this point I was told that there hotel was full and I could not stay even though I showed my booking confirmation code and showed my identification. The reception staff apologised for this and stated thay there was nothing more that they could do. The staff helped direct me into the Gibraltar jurisdiction."

"Que des chaînes espagnols pas de YouTube ni Netflix, chambre poussiéreuse, presque personne ne parle anglais dans un hôtel.. Porte du balcon qui ne ferme pas. Bruit d’une lumière dans le halle devant notre porte qui clignoter et fesait du bruit toute la nuit. Suite à plus de 200€ la nuit je rapel, tout est payant dans le mini bar pas de bagagiste, pas de volet sur les fenêtres donc lumiere a partir de 7h tous le monde debout. Oubliez les graces mat."

"The room was nice and clean. Except a big complain about the shower. The shower head was leaking all over and spraying water all over. "1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty 2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them. 3. No Kleenex in room 4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke 5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles 6. Floor is so worn out 7. No bellboy to help with luggage 8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service. "
