"Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms.
Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!)
Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar.
When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss."

"Excellent stay, but you have to book weeks in advance. Good price for the room and the location.
The hotel is small (only 19 rooms) with one small reception desk. The receptionist was very kind and friendly.
The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast wasn't a buffet, but a fixed menu from which you can choose one item. Along with it, each table is saved with a basket of mini croissants and bread as well as spreads (jam, honey, grounded rabbit spread [yes,...

"(1) Completely no English-language TV channel available, such as BBC or CNN.
(2) The soundproofing is poor. Late at nights or early in the mornings, people are often dragging furniture around and making noise.
(3) There are also groups of dogs outside that bark intermittently.
(4) For any inquiries or questions, please leave a message and wait for a reply. Response times may vary! Personally I consider it is slow.
(5) All the trash in the room must be cleaned up by guests ourselves."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS!! Read below
Booked a room advertised with floor-to-ceiling panoramic mountain views, but was checked into a room staring directly at a blank wooden wall and an air conditioner.
When I contacted Expedia, their own representative acknowledged in writing that the room delivered was a "wall view with only a partial mountain view," yet claimed they were "powerless" to help because the hotel refused to cooperate. Rather than taking responsibility for hosting misleading listings...
