"This hotel has a lot of potential in the Dells as long as they take good care of it. They seem committed both in the hotel and restaurant to be better than most locations in the Dells. The hotel is clean, new, and overall pretty quiet. "

"The web description is different from the actual room. It's antiquated. The door to the balcony lock was broke. The hot tub was not working the desk agent told me they were balancing the chemicals and should be open soon. The next day it was opening but the chemicals were harsh and caused a skin rash. No food/room service!"

"The breakfast spread was ok, but the food seemed stale. The rooms are clean . The refrigerator didn't work. The staff is good."

"Many of the activities seem to be for younger kids I have two 14-year-olds and really the only thing interesting to them was the arcade or swimming. I hate that the pool closed so early by 8:00. With as much as there is to do in the dells by the time we got back to the hotel we only had about an hour to swim. And other than the jacuzzi area there was no adult area without kids."
