"Your not so nice desk clerk has twice now not been too welcoming. She doesnt wear a name tag, was the blonde at 1:48 pm on 7/1. Telling us we needed to pay an early check-in fee before 2pm, stating our room WAS ready. When i showed her the time on my phone, she then stated it was NOT ready. Stares at us like we are bothering her, no other resort in the area does this, weve been to all if them."

(It was 1:30) The receptionist was just on the phone speaking to someone saying yes your room is ready looking forward to seeing you. "The staff were AMAZING! However, the area around was rather unsafe. A car had a smashed window right outside the front doors, and 2 police officers were shot 8 minutes away."

"Just spent two nights with my husband and 4 kids ranging from 6 to 16. The park had enough to keep all ages active but didn’t overwhelm and wasn’t as spread out as some others can be. Room was clean and ready when we arrived at 12:30 already, a nice surprise bonus. For the price, it’s great!"
