"The location and staff were excellent. Our room was awesome, nice patio, great outlook. We extended an extra night it was so perfect. If you're in Whistler for a pool, no doubt there are better options but if friendly professional staff, a convenient location and a super comfy room are your priorities then Crystal Lodge is the place to be. "

"Recently stayed here for a weekend, we were on level 2 people above us were very loud sounded like they were constantly stomping on the floor..
Pool and hot tub were ok.
Had a friend come up and stay with us, I never informed the concierge of someone else joining us. I wasn’t with her when she arrived and let them know she was there to stay with us and they just gave her a key to our room. Would have been nice if they could have contacted me to confirm before just giving her a key to our room....

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices.
It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc.
Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm.
As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...
