"Not the cleanest place we've stayed in. On arrival cigarette butt in shower recess, bath mat was dirty, balcony if you could call it that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Bed was comfy, linens nice. Staff on arrival had very limited English & couldn't convey what they wanted. In the end we think she was asking our permission to photocopy our booking papers from Hotels.com. but we'll never really know."

"Arrived at the Hotel to Discover the room we booked wasn’t available , they throbbed us off with another room which was so dirty , broken doors , toilet was absolutely revolting, half the size we booked , reception team lied about our accommodation and my Lao friend herd them talk that our room was over booked and not available so they said put them in this one, not a good welcome and then the room like I said so disappointing. "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The highlight was definitely the pool, giving views on the mountains and you can see the air baloons at sunset time, magical. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "

"That place is sort of scam. Different location as it is in google maps. Pictures and place don't match. There was the cleaning clothes laundry holding at the middle of the secind floor hall. The place qas not take care properly. I spend 1 ight, the second night I move to a better place"
