"Stayed here with my dog and was disappointed. The pet fee ($75 + tax/night) is quite high, yet no amenities (no bed, no bowl ) were provided for the dog at all. Also, the USB-C chargers on both sides of the bed were not working. We were told no maintenance was available and were given a used adapter, which wasn’t practical for multiple devices. On the positive side, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good. Overall, not great value for a pet-friendly stay."

"Clean spacious room with a king bed. Toiletries were good quality. Staff very friendly and quick service. Room fridge wasn’t very cold unfortunately and no obvious temp control so I could not adjust it. Fitness equipment was much better than my last visit 6 months or so ago which was very nice to use. "Breakfast was good, a healthy mix between hot and cold breakfast items. Our room and hallway were clean and great but will it kill this hotel chain to get some milkets, proper tea brands and coffee that doesn't taste like crap? I tried to doctor them but it was so bad. Nobody wants whitener for their coffee, it's 2026. Also, this location was heavily under construction. The feont desk and breakfast area was so loud, messy and full of trip hazards. Which leads me to the elevator, one was broken...
