"I expected the pool to be a bit bigger truthfully (from the photos) The water was extremely cold (couldn’t even take my 8 month old in the water) and the pool was also quite dirty. Other than the pool - the room was clean and beds were comfortable. There is a montanas in the same parking lot which was nice for us to be able to grab a quick dinner. "

"The hotel is on the Main Street in the Barkerville site. You truly feel like you are living in a hotel from the late 1800’s. There is a balcony overlooking the Main Street. The continental breakfast was far beyond our expectations and included cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, baked goods and pancakes. The staff are very professional and friendly. We will definitely book at the St George’s again on our next visit. Ernie and Cindy"

"Location is close to bowling, pools, billiards good restaurants. Rooms are clean and nicely renovated. Bathrooms have interesting on off see through glass. I wish there was a switch for because if you bump the door it becomes see through. Or a lock on the bathroom door?"

"We had an amazing time at Ten-ee-ah Lodge over the Labour Day weekend. We stayed in the quaint studio cabin - it was very clean and comfortable. The space was adequate and the wood stove heated up the area nicely. Canoes and kayaks are free so we enjoyed a paddle on Spout Lake. Horses, goats and Canadian geese roam the property - it was just lovely."
