"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

"Wir waren an sich sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Personal ist hervorzuheben. Es gab aber ein paar Punkte die verbesserungswürdig bzw. ungewöhnlich sind. Es wird eine Pakrgebühr erhaben, das kenne ich für ganz normale Parkplätze vor dem Haus nicht. Bei einer Garage mag das angemessen sein. Wenn ich all in gebucht habe sollte ein Luchpaket enthalten sein, weil das Mittagessen ja auch kostenlos ist. Hier mussten 7,50 Euro gezahlt werden. Flaschen zum Getränke abfüllen wären praktisch. "The hotel staff are really nice, it’s a short walk into town. Only thing I would say of note, the hotel is right next to the Trainline. It’s not an issue if you can have to windows closed, but if it’s warm you may need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. "

"We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we...

"A very warm welcome at reception , excellent food in the restaurant. We thought we had arrived too late to eat but they kindly allowed us to order some food which was delicious . Breakfast was good - freshly cooked omelette. Very comfortable bed. Free parking. The information sheets were very helpful. "

"Das ist Hotel ist mal was anderes, man kann verschiedene Zimmerkategorien buchen und jedes hat was anderes zu bieten, wir hatten eine Schaukel auf dem Balkon. Man kann bis 13:00uhr frühstücken und dieses hat so viel tolle Auswahl. Man bekommt kostenlos, Snacks,Eis ,Tee und Wasser,den ganzen Tag. Alles ist super sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der Pool ist richtig schön mit Blick in die Berge. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort gehen und kommt von dort zur Seilbahn."

"Das Konzept und die Aufmachung des Hotels sind super durchdacht. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und es war täglich für jeden etwas dabei. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt für unsere Kinder und auch für uns Erwachsene. "
