"We called and were promised a pet free room and when we arrived the room smelled of wet dog and we had to leave early the room was not clean there was food stuck on the bathroom door
The balcony had dog feces on it
The staff was rude and we have asked for the night we stayed to be refunded and they won’t answer back to Expedia to approve our refund we checked out at 8am so they could rent out the room
Then the staff stated there are no pet free rooms
My husband had a severe asthma attack...

"Arrived at 2am to an empty lobby that remained empty until 3am besides the other guests waiting to check in. I had called at 4pm to inform them of our late arrival, they assured me someone would be there 24/7.
