"The room was very noisy due to poor sound insulation from the window – you could hear a lot from outside. The bed was hard but okay, it worked. I was going to swim and asked for two towels – one for me and one for my dad – but they said they only had one left, and then they ran out of towels. The one I got felt a bit damp, like it might have already been used, which wasn’t very pleasant."

"We appreciated that the receptionist met us out on the street when we got out of the taxi and walked us to the riad. The AC and WIFI worked great in our room and we liked hanging out on the upstairs terace in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast is at 9 am and consisted of coffee and traditional bread products and toppings. We enjoyed out stay! "

The room was clean and the bathroom too but there is this sewer smell which is understandable because it’s an old riad and could have come through the open window from outside. "I've mixed views on this one. I reached around 8pm and it took me 45 minutes to find this place. Fes is confusing and you will get lost so I'd have appreciated if the Riad had shared directions/ landmarks/ advice on how to reach them. I am surprised nobody else's review has this issue. I'm guessing they all took the train pickup service that the Riad offers. I didn't as it's much cheaper to take a taxi. The Riad is run by a very sweet lady who made sure I had breakfast every morning before...

"We had a great time in the riad. Our room was large and clean, and it was cleaned well every afternoon. The staff was very nice. We interacted most with Haddou, and he was very nice and helpful. "Le riad est très confortable, le petit déjeuner délicieux et le service exceptionnel. Aziz est un jeune homme très attentionné. Il nous a aidé à trouver un guide pour visiter la médina et à trouver quelqu’un pour nous aider suite à un pépin mécanique avec notre voiture. "Only 15 minutes walking from the train station, a nice hotel with all facilities for a 3star hotel. The only negative was breakfast. Breakfast was really poor only very little staff there and they didnt had even omelette or sausages or something like that.
