"Hotel is an old remodeled motor hotel type. Great features like the hot tubs and fire pits plus the brewery with food and live music right on the same property. Water pressure was zero so we actually had to skip showers and the bed was so soft my husband and I both woke up so sore. So unfortunately for us we would not be able to stay here again. "

"Very cute place. Liked the social area and bar. Friendly. Cleaning staff plays very loud music. No proper lighting in the bathroom. Overall was a really nice time. "

"Fantastic staff. Warm and large outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful after a day of exploring. Discount for accessing private nearby waterfront. Walkable to heavenly shopping area and beach. Spacious room. The carpet in our room showed wear of many wet ski boots. A few dead/squished bugs on the wall. Sink disposal needs a cleaning/deodorizing. Bathroom tub in smaller of two rooms could use a refresh. Walls could use paint. WiFi was slow/spotty. But hey- more reason to explore Tahoe outdoors...

"We just love the stretches and stretches of pine trees along the streets and the view of the mountains! We also love how this place is just a few feet away from a nice German restaurant where food was just great. However, during our 4d3n stay, the room was not cleaned and the coffee bar was not refilled."

"Nice clean new hotel in central S Lake Tahoe. I liked the spacious room, breakfast and 24 hour free coffee bar. Good gym and indoor pool. Great location close to Heavenly shops and casinos. Highly recommend! 🙌"

"There is not a front desk person. It is self check in and out however you are provided a number if you need anything and they are very prompt at replying and getting whatever you need taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could need. It was in close walking distance of the Lake Side Beach. The hotel will provide you with 50% off tickets to the beach if you’d like. It is also very easy to walk to all the shopping/restaurants. We would stay here again. "

"Great hotel right on Lake Tahoe. They have their own private beach which is nice. I would definitely stay there again. Location is great, near restaurants and grocery stores."

"Alpine Inn and Spa. Recently stayed at Alpine Inn at South Lake Tahoe. The location is across the street from the Harveys (Ceasars) Resort. The price is very affordable. The rooms are clean and neat. They have a pool and hot tub. Parking was plentiful. The management is very kind, knowledgable of the area and accommodating. The hotel offers 5 dollar vouchers for the beach, down the street. You just cannot find a better hotel than the Alpine Inn and Spa. "
