"Nice and neat room to stay in, overall fairly tidy and the thick walls made for some nice peace and quiet. Staff would come to do housekeeping (e.g. making the bed) but it would've been nice if they could've replaced our towels as we had nowhere to dry them sufficiently. The bathroom was on the small side and had no fan to get rid of the condensation, so we had to open a window that lead to a random hallway behind all the rooms which did not have a privacy screen on it so not the most...

On entering the room it looked very tired, badly needs renovating. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, the tap in the hand basin was so loose it nearly fell off when I turned it on. All the bottles in the shower were empty, no flannel/face washer, only 1 tiny bath towel for 2 people. The toilet was loose when...

"It seemed like the room may have been only partially renovated. A vanity draw was broken, blocking the cupboard from opening & there was no toilet roll holder (also broken?) One plug point had no power & another switch was marked "Do not touch". The smoke alarm appeared to be removed & not replaced. Fortunately because we had friends in the area we didn't need to spend much time in the room as it was quite cramped, especially the kitchen space - virtually no bench. It was adequate & not bad for...
