"Staff seem disinterested most of the time apart from the lovely lady at breakfast. Pool is nice but I’d be concerned if I had small children as it’s quite deep throughout. I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t have an iron- asked for one and told it wasn’t possible. Breakfast was fine - could do with another coffee machine and cartons of juice were sometimes available. WiFi in my room wasn’t working - asked reception but no help and less interest. TV worked but no English speaking stations...

"Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lavabo wackelte. Dusche hat leider keine Brause mit Schlauch. Es war sehr kalt, leider haben wir zu spät gemerkt das man mit der Klimaanlage auch heizen kann. Wäre schön gewesen wenn man eine diesbezügliche Info erhalten hätte. "We had an amazing experience at Casale Margherita. Very easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, scheduled taxi rides for us to surrounding areas for a fee. The gentlemen that drove us to a surrounding city and again to the bus station the next day was so wonderful, brought us for a traditional Sicilian coffee and cannoli nearby. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend. "
