"3 persons staying but always provide only 2 sets of towels. Stayed 5 nights but need to request 4 nights . Toilet bowl not cleaned. Wifi very weak. Keep cutting off. No more staying unless improvement "

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...

"The hotel’s location was very convenient — just a short walk from Town Hall Station, and easy to get to places like Chinatown and Darling Harbour. It was located at the corner of the main street where they were many dining options to choose from. Staff were friendly when approached and offered help readily. However, the room was a bit small as it was difficult to open 2 large luggages within the room. I had to open mind in the narrow corridor in the room. The design was also a bit...

"Very central area to the city, operal house and kings cross. 5 mins walk to the station, onsite parking very reasonable if needed. Our room had everythung you could think of, we were very impressed, will definately stay there next time we are in sydney. The free buffet breakfast was great - hot and cold food, fruit, cereal etc. Staff very friendly and helpful."
