"The beds are a bit firm for my taste but the experience was awesome. Staff was so nice and helpful. The drinks are on point and the restaurant is very good. I recommend the pork belly banh mi for lunch. In late May, it is nice and quiet on the beach. The pool was never overcrowded and the chair rental for the beach was extremely affordable."

"The location is convenient to everything in Saint Augustine and Saint Augustine Beach. The staff was very professional. Breakfast was OK, not great, but OK. It seems all hotels are serving those fluorescent yellow reconstituted scrambled eggs. YUCK! I did have yogurt and hot coffee."

"Our stay was disappointing. The AC stopped working on the second night. the employee who came up insisted it was blowing cool air, even though it clearly wasn't. I gave it more time to see if it improved but it never did. Around 2 AM, I called again and explained that if the issue couldn't be fixed, I would prefer to check out the next day. After some back and forth, we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, that room had a gnat problem, with a worrisome amount of gnats flying...

"They say the first impression is the lasting one and my first impression was horrible when I pull up to this place and realize that they can charge $28 for valet parking which was mandatory but but when we enter the room I didn't smell freshness it smelled more like urine. So I proceeded to go down to the front desk and asked to speak with management and also asked if she could accompany me to the room so she can experience what I have experienced. What I told was told by the assistant manager...
