"A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price. "

"Nous avions reservé ailleurs mais le quartier était insalu re. Nous sommes allèes a la recherche d'un autre hôtel 38 Aira n'était bien quoté mais sommes venues constater. Cet hotel ne merite pas une mauvaise note, merci a Dennis qui nous a fait voir les chambres. Merci aussi à Dania et Marcello. Les chambres ont juste besoin d'un peu d'amour mais l'emplacement est idéal"

"The location was great! It was centrally located but the room was totally quiet, even when it was busy just down the street. The room was comfortable, with a lot of seating options. They secured us an airport shuttle for our very early flight, which was amazingly convenient! The only drawback for this property was the shower, which had very low water pressure and little hot water. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our apartment had two bedrooms with beautiful view from the private terrace. The hotel has excellent location in the old town and all attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was great with many options. Our room was kept clean and tidy all the time. Fanny the manager and all the staff were very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel."

"It's a nice hotel near the harbour and the city centre can be easily reached by public transportation or car. Staff is very helpful and friendly, spoke good English, as well. A buffet style breakfast had a good variety of food, in overall it is proportional with It's price and star rating. Actually its beach is a small cliff which is probably not suitable for swimming, however it's beautiful. In summary, we had a really positive experience as a family with a 13 years old boy. "Superb location. Easy walk from the ferry and into the main eating/shopping/historical centres. Very good, helpful staff. They let us leave our bags there on the day we checked out, as we had a very late flight in the evening. Fun decor and a spacious room. Lots of great places to eat very close.
