"Excellent facilities and staff. Lovely.clean room. However, the bathroom waste bin hadnt been emptied but that did not spoil our visit. The area outside the hotel felt a bit shady especailly at night. Mostly non-european men hanging around the street made my wife uncomfortable. However, we felt safe in the hotel. Great durum (souvlaki) cafe next to the hotel. "

"We had a great stay at Ibis Brussels Centre Gare Midi! Great location! Arrived via train from Amsterdam, and the hotel was visible the moment we left the station (a matter of crossing the street, less than a 5-minute walk). Great staff! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean! And the breakfast was Super with plenty of choices! Note: There is quite the shopping mall inside the train station, restaurants and a grocery store among the numerous choices. Look forward to returning!"

"The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the carpets are plush and clean, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. "Les points moins :Petit déjeuner à la carte pas à la hauteur, odeur de friture dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Pour les points positifs : l’emplacement est excellent, La chambre est petite mais elle très fonctionnelle et est très agréable, de plus le café ou le thé est en libre service à la réception, ça c est top … le parking proposé par l’hôtel est proche est pas très cher (16€/jour), attention la hauteur est limitée."

"Great location for metro into Brussels attractions. Room was perfect, clean and fresh, fluffy towels. The bottles of water were a welcome bonus especially in recent heatwave! Staff were helpful too. Would definitely recommend and will see if i can book here again in my next trip."

"Affordable. Great customer service. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Brussels airport is very close. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the shop. Restaurants are close by. Very quiet location. I highly recommend this hotel. "
