"Had a Transit Package a week ago and I already knew that when it was time to stay here.., that I’d love it. And indeed, I did. Beautiful lobby. Amazing staff. My room on the third floor had views over the water. Nothing was too difficult. I had a very early flight and would therefore miss breakfast, so it was all organised for me, to have a breakfast box prior to check out. "Em termos gerais, a estadia foi boa. O quarto é confortável e limpo, o café da manhã é variado. Os funcionários são gentis e esforçados, mas precisam ter melhor treinamento no uso do inglês. Eu solicitei o jantar no quarto e acabei recebendo um prato diferente do que havia pedido. Acredito que o recepcionista não entendeu direito meu pedido."

"The bed to sleep in wss fine and the breakfast slso offer some choices. The absolute downside of this hotel is the Karaoke bar on the top floor. It was so incredibly loud that we couldn't sleep until 2.a.m. minimum. The staff didn't really help us with this. So no recommendation. "

"L'hotel est en chute libre.Il y avait tres peu de client, peut etre 3,4 chbres occupées max sur 51 chambres.Il faut faire de gros effort pour la restauration, tout est servi froid et de mauvais goût. J'ai eu droit a un asticot dans les legumes.Le beurre du pdj est rance.Tous les aliments sont a revoir car de tres mauvaise qualité. L'eau des bidons est conservé en plein soleil, meme si il le mette dans une grosse carafe, l'eau est chaude.Aucune boisson fraiche pas de jus de fruits le matin... il...

"Sehr gute Auskunft zu all meinen Fragen."

"This property was trying but hallways were smoky and our room did not have hot running water. The safe and refrigerator did not work. The air conditioning did work and we were grateful for that. The breakfast was Indonesian which was ok, but would have liked a non sugary cereal and fruit juice."

"Located just behind a busy road, but away from the noise. Banks & small supermarket around the corner. Ramayana mall at 10 minutes walk. Evening time the main road fills up with food stalls. Markings in the hotel are for City View hotel, maybe they just changed name. Room clean and normal size, hot shower."

"Incredible staff who worked hard to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Great reef for snorkeling right in front of the resort. Delicious gourmet meals and afternoon snacks. Thanks to Siska and team! Highly recommended. "

"Vi bodde 4 nätter för att dyka. Hotellet och personalen uppfyllde våra behov. Lyhört och ganska små rum men rent och funktionellt. "

"I missed a window. The room was ok, had a fridge but not working... Airco and bathroom were good, although small bottle of toiletries. I had hooped for breakfast some more European food, such as yoghurt or chocolate creme."

"Hotel is close to the airport and adequate for a layover or overnight but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. Room was in rough condition with scratches all over the walls and for some reason the tv randomly turned on during the night. There was also loud music that could be heard in the room until late evening while I was trying to sleep. "

"Nice hotel is to quite silent and closed to some restaurant.."
