"While the stay was fine. Plenty of towels shampoo if needed. Do be aware that if you lose a key card you will be charged $5.00. I used to be a flight attendant Iāve travelled all over and never have been told I would for LOSS OF A KEY Card. It was also pretty rude the way the front Desk person handled it. Must be a nice way to supplement there revenue is all I can figure. Why would you spoil an otherwise possible return customers experience with such a petty charge."
