"Efficient, friendly and welcoming staff at front desk. Lovely rooms, very spacious with nice linens. Air Conditioner works great although a bit loud.
Breakfast Bento boxes were a wonderful treat in the morning.
Perfect location for sightseeing, eating and drinking. Will definitely return.
Handy parking, whether within the hotel or nearby."

"You booked the hotel solely for the waterslide. We arrived early driving from far away so that we could use the waterslide only to find out that all of the lifeguards had called in “sick”. One of the staff members indicated that having teenage lifeguards this is sometimes what happens. So that should be advertised as we wasted extra money on a pool and a waterslide that was nonfunctional and wasted our time getting there as well. We weren’t offered anything as an apology, just a too bad"

"You can’t ask for a better place if you want to enjoy the waterfront. You park (paying parking across the hotel: $30 per 24 hours) and can explore on foot. The hotel was very nice. Clean, amazing location, accessible for wheelchair users. They even accept dogs, which is a big bonus. I will rebook there if I go back to Kingston. The on-site restaurant was ok for breakfast, but really good for dinner. We tried the chowder, the fish and chip and the beef burger. All excellent. There are plenty of...

"The hotel was ok. There was a heavy presence of security guards and security vans all around the hotel property which made us wonder why so much security is needed and we didn’t feel comfortable to walk alone around the property alone."
