"Everything was fine with my stay, as far as my hotel room and staff experiences. My only suggestions would be to have the parking lot resurfaced and exterior updated. It would really spruce up the arrival and exit of the stay. I’d also suggest not running out of breakfast food 90min before breakfast hours end. "

"Breakfast very good started closing up just after 9:30, why???
Had a fire alarm go off around 10 PM. Luckly a false alarm. But much confusion on what was going on. We exited the building. Fire dept arrived. No one from the staff available to tell us what was going on. Alarms stayed on until 1:30 AM. I had to approach the front desk to find out what was going on. I never saw any staff except for 2 people behind the desk. They said they had to call for help to shut the alarm off. "

"Because this is attached to a Casino, the first thing you smell when walking in is smoke. At least the rooms are away from the Casino but you will smell it all the way to the elevators. The rooms were nothing special but the bathroom was not cleaned. There was pee stains all around the bottom of the toilet. Gross"

"The only issue we had was there was long black hairs all over the shower and bathroom floor. Otherwise everything was great and the staff was very nice and helpful."

"We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Two reasons for not giving 5 star review are 1. The air vent needs a deflector as it blows directly onto the bed in the room we had and 2. The shower tile was a bit slick and no grab bar. We also would have preferred smaller, more firm pillows - but many people like long fluffy ones. Otherwise the ambiance, decor, food, and staff were quite superior. The kitchenette had real plates, cups, and silverware. The shades were nice and effective. The vintage...
