"The first room we were given was too small and couldn't accommodate three people, even though we had booked for three and paid extra. When I complained, I was told we would get a free upgrade, though the explanation was a bit confusing. Thankfully, the second room was acceptable; otherwise, everything else was mediocre. The location was fair, as long as you didn't mind a 15-minute walk to downtown."

"We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back.
