"The main issues are that the bed is very noisy when one moves at night, the pillow is very flimsy, the duvet is a single duvet, not a double, and for a tall person, it does not cover the entire body.
Other than that, it is a great location, really large room, with super tall ceiling and very well priced."

"The accommodation was great, my only issue was the day of check out the housekeeping staff just open the door without announcing herself. Minutes later the front desk came advising of check out time. It was about 13 minutes after which to me wasn’t a problem but a disappointment due to their approach. At check out the keys were turned over to the front office and the agent didn’t even wish us a fond farewell. This really left a sour taste in my mouth after being in such a great accommodation....

"Great location just a few steps from bus/train stations. Room was clean and staff leave you a bag outside the door daily with free drinks/TP etc…gym was well stocked. Not that much cardio equipment, but otherwise good. Breakfast was solid. Fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt etc..coffee machine was always available for free. Staff really gave a great effort to ensure quests needs were met. "

"The information on the advertisement is not correct. There is no breakfast area, you need to walk around 200m to another hotel. There is no lounge area on the top deck as advertised. At least, it was not opened at that time of the year. The hotel smells terribly, difficult to stay in and was expecting to leave as quickly as possible. The staffs of the day are not courteous, any request for information is replied unpolitelly: for exemple - any restautant recommended nearby? - answer, I dont know,...
