"The view is spectacular. The pool and slide are fun and the restaurant is decent. The pizza is actually really amazing. Other than that… this place needs a lot of help. Every window screen was broken, the carpet felt old and dirty. The bathroom faucet was broken and sprayed everywhere. The hot tub jets didn’t work, the pool was probably too heavily chlorinated which made all of us cough just being in the room. But the kids had a blast on the slide.

"It was not what I expected when I drove up to the property. But the staff and the property made for a very unique and comfortable stay. The staff makes you feel welcome in a cozy setting. Having a morning coffee in a quiet setting is what I needed. I will stay there again."

"Cool little hotel along the river in Golden. Right in the heart of downtown with several places to eat within steps of the hotel. Rooms all face the river and boardwalk which is nice. Self check-in is handy as room keys are in lockboxes on your door (they send you a code for the lockbox). I will stay here every time from now on. Room was spacious and recently renovated. Nice bathroom, a real working bar fridge. Patio for each room. Cool place and a little gem."
