"Beautiful stay at Emerald Lake lodge. The canoeing on the lake was magical and our dinner was so beautiful and delicious. Can’t wait to come back."

"Not a good start as they provided us with a room that hadn't been cleaned when we first arrived. However, the staff were very apologetic and gave us a second room immediately.
The place was updated compared to previous posts. Mostly clean throughout. Balcony and room were nice. Affordable and very good location."

"It was a beautiful area. The room we got had no AC and when we asked about it we were told it was not part of our amentities. We also found a lot of broken glass under the table in the room and could not get a hold of anyone to clean it. We had to clean it up ourselves. When we finally got in touch with someone they only offered us 70$ off of our stay. I do not think I would stay there again."

"Our family stayed in room 207 which had a gorgeous Mountain View with a king bed and a loft with a twin size bed. We checked in with An, it was amazing and so helpful! He was eager to answer all of our questions about the area (what to see) and to help us stock our room with beverages of all sorts that were complementary as well as snacks! This location was great!!! I would highly recommend!"

"Small issue with our first room that they resolved quickly for us. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who offered to help us move our stuff. Second room was great. Large comfy beds. Pool was a little cool. Hot tub was ok but could stand a better cleaning. Restaurant in the hotel had good food and big portions. Only like 7 minutes from Golden Skybridge"
