"Room was let down by having to pay for safe, kettle and fridge.
Why not just put extra on price of the room?
Otherwise room was quiet, clean and reasonably priced
Breakfast was basic but did the job, and staff on Reception were pleasent"

"The apartment complex itself is nice, clean, and has easy access, but unfortunately the communication and customer service completely ruined the experience for me.
The check-in instructions were extremely long and confusing, and all emails from the property went directly to my spam folder. They also did not communicate through Expedia, which made everything even more difficult. I only recovered the information after contacting Expedia directly.
The biggest issue was the €100 deposit...

"Lovely staff rooms and areas clean.
Could do with some updating around indoor gym pool areas.
No indoor pool available. Gym equipment useable but needs a bit of a spruce up.
Hotel shop limited! Need more supplies for self catering. The nearest shops require a car to get to.
This is my 3rd visit and i will go back again."
