"Overall a great place. I only had one incident with the cleaning. I missed a cleaning because I left the room late. However, when I asked the concierge downstairs to have it cleaned, they said it would get done, but I guess it wasn't communicated. It happened only once."

"The location was perfect for us and the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Great restaurants in the area within walking distance. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the accommodations so much, we changed our hotel reservations after a 5 day tour in the country, to return to The Buswell for our final 2 days."
