"Stayed here years ago for a work conference. Excited to go back. Found the property in terrible condition. All chairs in pool area broken, lots of stains and excessive wear. Hot tube sounded like it was on its last breath. Common areas in poor condition. Water park closed. Did not eat here. Check in was extremely long. No acknowledgement from staff. Great location but the place needs an overhaul."

"I feel like the pictures were very deceiving. We had a room that overlooked the pool area so we had zero natural light from a window. I didn't even want to be barefoot in the bathroom because of how gross it was. Same with the pool/spa area. The whole place felt extremely dirty.
