"Great Stay with Excellent Shuttle Service!
We recently stayed for 1 night during our Key West vacation and had a very pleasant experience overall.
Location – The hotel is conveniently located close to the Key West downtown area. What really stood out was the complimentary shuttle service that runs every hour to Downtown/Mallory Square—extremely convenient and saved us from driving and paying for parking.
Cleanliness – The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay.

"The comforter and shower curtain liner didn’t appear to be very clean. Also, we’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t do basic maintenance to the rooms. We requested new towels at 8am so we could have clean ones to shower with and by the time we got back at 4pm they weren’t outside our door so we had to request them again. We had to request new bed sheets to make our bed feel clean again. Lastly, the sink didn’t drain. Everything else about the property was great."

"The room was simple, but smelled real good when we came in.
The building is, again, simple, but a lower price than the other hotels in that area, so I guess you get what you pay for (not that it's cheap in any way, but compared...).
There was no daily service offered, so the room was never cleaned during our stay.
My phone fell under the bed and I needed to lift the mattress to reach it, and I smelled urine on the bottom side of the mattress. And there was a roach on the floor the very last day...
