Personal es atento, habla inglés y español las piscinas están limpias y hay servicio de toallas, habitaciones son cómodas con blanco y silla, tienes incluido una actividad al día, bici o kayak al igual que el desayuno. Desde la playa tiene vistas espectaculares, lo único que no me gustó es que se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones paredes delgadas y si hablan duro o ponen la TV a un volumen muy alto no te permite descansar bien sobre todo en la noche"

"I arrived to find that my room was overbooked and already taken . I was offered two other rooms that were not acceptable. One without a sofa and one with no view.
After traveling to the keys from Ft. Lauderdale it was most disappointing. They offered a refund and it took me three hours to find somewhere else to stay.
Will not come back"

"The room was delivered to me 2 hours after check-in ... it was very dirty and in poor condition. The private beach without maintenance. The price is not worth what the place really is.
La habitación me la entregaron 2 horas después del checkin … estaba muy sucia y en malas condiciones . La playa privada sin mantenimiento. El precio no vale lo que realmente es el lugar ."

"We stayed in room 1 by the office, I loved the little porch in the front and the back area. However, the bed is too small for 2 people to sleep in and the bathroom wasn ’t as clean as it should’ve been. We didn’t use the amenities since we only stayed one night but all in all, it was pretty good for an overnight stay. The staff was very nice with check in and check out."
