"Check in was simple and efficient. Room was very nice and very clean. The only downside of the stay was the breakfast. It just wasn't very good. 2nd morning there were no pastries for some reason the the hot food was like warm at best. Orange juice was some sort of diluted mixture. Take away the breakfast and everything was fine. "

"Das Ambiente war wunderbar. Leider wurde in naheliegenden Appartements z.T. geraucht, was störend war. Im Appartement oben drüber wurde in 1 Nacht ab 04.30Uhr lautstark auf dem Balkon Konversation betrieben, was sehr störend war. Die Fenster waren nicht geputzt."

"Check-in und Check-out gestalteten sich für uns leider recht kompliziert – hier wäre eine klarere Kommunikation im Vorfeld wünschenswert gewesen. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings hätte der Boden gründlicher gereinigt werden können, und bei der Bettwäsche sollte verstärkt auf mögliche Motten geachtet werden. Positiv überrascht hat uns die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, als wir nach dem Check-out noch einmal ins Zimmer durften, da unsere Kinder etwas vergessen hatten. Fazit:...

"What a wonderful property! It’s small, but very well done with a homey atmosphere that manages to also feel modern with the self check in and honor bar. Breakfast was delicious and options were plentiful with wonderful pastries, meats, cheeses, coffees and teas and a hostess to make your eggs as you like. This was just the feeling I was looking for when I booked. Our room was well appointed and had the best view from the balcony. I was a little worried about the lack of A/C, but with the doors...

"Hotelli oli kohtalaisen korkealla vuoristossa viihtyisässä paikassa. Etenkin hotellin ravintolan terassi oli upea! Kylpylä oli kolme saunaa ja rentoutumistila. Kaikki toimi ja viihdyin hyvin. "

"Wir haben das Hotel jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal auf der Durchreise nach Italien genutzt. Unkompliziert self Check-in und Tiefgarage sind perfekt wenn man spät kommt und nicht alles ausladen möchte. Frühstück ist, in der angeschlossenen Bäckerei, standard und etwas zu teuer. Zimmer waren immer sauber und OK für eine Nacht."
