"Our room was clean but the hallways and elevator were not. Elevator made a concerning loud banging noise when using and could use a deep cleaning. Staff were extremely difficult to understand due to heavy accents however they were very nice! Breakfast was what you would expect of a continental breakfast, no complaints nor commendations."

"Liked fireplace but wasn't going part time. The free breakfast was great but make sure on your reservations u list how many people are staying in room cause that determines how many people can eat, 38 dollars a piece if u buy breakfast. No microwave in room.
Small fridge.no freezer.worst part was parking it not real close have to walk 2/300 yards through tunnel up stairs.but overall will stay again."

"This place is gorgeous, both the hotel and the surrounding area. It is a bit off the road but it was clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to stay. The views of the mountains were mesmerizing."

"LOVED this stay, the staff lended us bear spray without us really even asking which was so nice since you can't fly with it, so purchasing it would've (hopefully lol) ended up being a waste. They gave us lots of recommendations for Yellowstone and were very friendly. Walking around the property was so nice as well, and we loved our room!"
