"The guest room was pleasant and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed to discover after my stay that the hotel offers an $11 food and beverage credit per room, which was not communicated to us during the check-in process. The front desk staff were adequate, and the parking facilities were satisfactory. Overall, the experience was standard and did not particularly stand out."

"The hottub was unfortunately, not working. Not really a problem except that the hotel never informed its guests of the issue. And so we got into our suits, went down to the pool, only to be disappointed. Other than that, a very good experience."
