"Michelle, at reception, was amazing. She could not have been nicer with a simple request and very friendly every time we walked by the front desk. We have stayed at the Inishowen 3 times over the past 20 years and it’s a perfect place to stay when visiting Buncrana and the surrounding area"

"Aufmerksames und schnell reagierendes Personal, das sich stets um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht hat. Es wird gekonnt mit dem Charme von 1854, dem Gründungsjahr des Hotels, gespielt. Man hält reichhaltige Informationen zu Ausflügen bereit. Das Hotel bietet Ruhe, obgleich es zentral an einer Hauptachse gelegen ist."

"Situated conveniently in the center of town. Restaurant a couple doors down which served dinner until 8, which was good due to our later arrival. Diamond Cafe across the Diamond was great for breakfast. Opens at 8:30 am. Check-in was easy; just got the keys at the bar and the hostess showed us the room. Street parking was easy and free. We based here to explore the northernmost part of Donegal."

"I did not receive my check-in information until a few hours before check-in time and after emailing the hotel. This was quite disconcerting. The fact that it is a self check-in process was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my liking. The only toiletries in the bathroom were 6 or 8 small bottles of shampoo and a bottle of hand wash. Some shower gel would have been nice. Overall a good stay. It was lovely lying listening to the water when we opened the...

"Delightful reception staff in this iconic hotel which oozes history of celebrations from past eras. A lovely regal presence as soon as you enter with vibrant red sitting room around a fireplace. Our room was large with tasteful velvet drapes showcasing a delightful water view. Such a lovely stay - Thank you Arnolds"

"Everything about the place is exceptional, from the design, to the build and furnishings. The hosts who were wondefully warm and friendly, provide hospitality as a fun way to do some good in the world. That is a rare thing. You are fortunate if you get to spend a little time resting and relaxing here. Thanks for the stories and enjoyable stay."

"It's an impressively relaxed hotel with more an Inn vibe. Cosy front bar. A good menu, reasonably priced. A very friendly and relaxed place to base yourself for touring Inis Eoghain "

"Was a beautiful new apartment, tastefully furnished with all of the amenities of home! Host was super friendly!"

"Beautiful location overlooking Lough Swillly. Golf course and beach are 2 minutes away. Loved staying at the house with great facilities and really comfortable beds. Liam is a very accommodating host, always available and checking that we had all that we needed. Highly recommended!"

"This was a lovely spot. The accomodation was basic but really all that is needed. We did not have any hot water for all our stay however. We called (no answer) and left a message (no reply). This was a bit disappointing. The bunk beds look practical but with one person on the bottom bunk and one on the top sleep was hard as everytime one of us moved the bed would creek and wobble. "

"An amazing stay in the farmhouse. 4 great bedrooms, a substantial dining kitchen, all the amenities you could need. Only 2mins drive to Rathmullan centre and handily located for the Wild Atlantic Way, Ballymastocker Beach, Portsalon, Fanad and general touring of Donegal. We will definitely be back."

"Very pleasant stay at Jacks place. Very cosy and homely house. Great location to all amenities. Front bedroom slightly noisy due to road noise but didn't bother us. Diffently will rebook again ."
