"Room is clean and well equipped with kitchenette. No aircon, so that's a big negative if you're staying in summer. If you check out early, there's no key drop-off at the remote access gate, so you have to park your vehicle in the driveway, blocking the gate from closing, then run back and drop the key in the reception area. Inconvenient. "

"I arrived at this property after 8pm, said I would like to check in, the lady “gave me a look” confirmed my name and handed me a set of keys and tv remote and directed me to the room. Maybe iv just been spoilt on my recent tour of SA as every other hotel/b&b have been so welcoming. I don’t expect much but some basic information like checkout time/wifi/ breakfast would have been handy. Also I did message the property two days before via Expedia to notify them I would be arriving between 8-9pm,...

"This is a comfortable venue for any traveler. all the shops are conveniently close by and a on site restaurant it makes even convenient. whether staying overnight or for a week, this definitely the place to stay. "

"Great one night stay and location was good. No secure parking but it's a safe neighborhood. Will stay again The only thing I can say is that the person underneath our apartment had a braai outside and when we opened our room window the whole room was flooded with smoke. I would suggest braai at designated area. "

"It was a very pleasant stay.. the apartments are as you see them in the pictures. The views are absolutely amazing. The weather was not so nice though so it would have been nice to have electric blankets on the beds. Other than that we had an amazing time."

"Very spacious for a family stay. Understand is a farm style, but cutlery and crockery are very old rusted and I think not clean and safe to use. Farm style is nice, but the place needs some upgrades and more comfort to suit today's lifestyle. Close to the shopping centre and entertainment. Very nice that it's not in the city centre. Hopefully a more modern environment in a few years time. "

"Hotel very clean, shower head placed unusually low, bathroom sink very small. Breakfast was delicious but took over an hour to prepare."

"There was no accommodation. When I arrived, it was just new private houses. Bukani House was not known. I had to call taxi again to take me to another place. When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. I could have been robbed, nobody new me or trusted me. What if that was my last money?"
