"We only spent one night here and arrived in the evening. The hotel is very nice and had a small restaurant where we had dinner. The pool was lovely and clean and we were able to find parking for our rental car. I would have booked this hotel again on our return to Heraklion, but it was full and we couldn't get a reservation. It's convenient to the port and the airport. "

"Sadly, this review does not allow me to highlight some of the actual benefits of this property. The greeting was amazing the place as a fantastic façade and very inviting, but sadly, the rooms are very dated, and there is housekeeping products all over the floors. The rooms are extremely dated and the crew covers are disgusting and should be replaced immediately. It was what I required, which is absolutely location to the port for an early morning ferry. It did not help the strikes on time...

"Perfetto. Un vero peccato partire. Hotel posto in zona strategica per visitare l’isola (in macchina!) Despina Kalia Niki sono state davvero molto accoglienti e professionali! Vicino all aeroporto di Heraklion Colazione ottima e variegata!La Piscina si è rivelata strategica nei pomeriggi caldissimi di agosto! "

"This house was so adorable! We were running extremely late do to a change in our flight but the owner stayed up to greet us. She showed us around the village and where the stores were. Even offered to check on us if we needed it. The house itself was cozy and well kept. We had the pleasure of having a nice dog hang out outside our door. We did run into some issues back home that caused us to have to leave early. The owner was very kind and even offered us a deal so our money wasn't going to be...

"We used Erato Hotel as a stop gap bfore going on to our booking in makry giolas, the hotel staff were very good and helped us locate a nice hire car. Very accomodating place with lots of lovely eateries not far on foot"

"Room was excellent, staff helpful and breakfast mostly good. We were told "no water every day," when we asked for more bottled water, and one worker elected to clean the cappuccino maker at the beginning of the breakfast period, so "no cappuccino every day," as well! "
