"If using public transportation from Changi airport the 36 bus takes you about 2 blocks from the hotel in about 35 minutes. Hotel reception is on the 7th floor so entrance to hotel is not obvious from the street. The hotel is located through the shopping arcade fronted by Starbucks and BaBa Chews restaurant. Good size room with comfortable bed. Daily breakfast had a decent selection and was open from 6:30-10:30. There is a gym and laundry and outdoor patio. Lots of restaurants and shopping in...

"Location and staff were great. There were little flies and ants in my room and on my last night the aircon started leaking very loudly. In saying this they where offering pest control spraying for the rooms and when I went down to reception at 5am to say I couldn’t sleep due to the loud dripping of the aircon they gave me another room right away. "

"Absolutely superb staff. Everyone at the desk was terrific and informed. The Bencoolen metro is a hop, skip, and jump away. The rooms are excellent 'bolt holes' for exploring. Compact, though they have everything one needs. Super swimming pool. Seek another option for breakfast."

"I only stayed for one night as I had a long layover. I didn’t use many of the facilities but I loved that it was so close to Pasir Ris Park which was a lovely walk in the evening. Hotel bed was very comfortable and big, the room was spacious and the view of the sea was great. "

"Somewhat clean and without strong odours. Love the pantry tap with excellent 100% safe potable drinking water, its Singapore right! Lush greenery outside my window. Outstanding overall. Its a hop skip and jump from Little India so expect the surounding food scene to be Indian all round. However its also a hop, skip and jump from the train station and orchard for those who opt for other cuisines. "

"I have stayed here a few times for work and also for holiday. It's a very convenient location with great access to transportation. Access to shared kitchen and self service laundromat is great. Rooms are modern and clean and staff are fantastic always ready to help with anything."

"Great little hotel in a fantastic location, clean and spacious and value for money, downsides are that housekeeping are once every 3 days and the reception is not 24/7 - you have to Whatsapp to get amenities. Pantry/small kitchenette is on a couple of floors which I didn't realise till the last day lol. "
