"Sadly despite best efforts from a friendly staff we had a poor experience with our room. On the first day there was a constant motor noise which we were told came from the kitchen and would end when service was over. Our room safe would not reset so we had to be provided with the access key. The shower was unusable as the temperature varied from too hot to scalding and despite hanging a clean me sign on the door the room was not serviced.
On the plus side the food was very good with over...

"Fitness center did not open until 9 am to coincide with their spa staff arrival times. It made the center impossible to use and still have breakfast. The advertising for the hotel is misleading, suggesting it is in Enniskillen, when in fact it is 45 minutes away, creating travel issue for us on arrival."

"Hotel based in Town handy for Buses. Convenient for local shops. We enjoyed the live music, Breakfast delicious freshly cooked eggs. I found service v. Efficient. Room’s and en-suite spacious and spotless. We had a lovely time. Thank you Mahons Staff."
