"Reserved two weeks in advance. Upon check-in asked for a first floor room due to our age. Was told by the unfriendly woman that I should have requested that when reserving.
Finally gave us a room in the first floor but it was the worst. It was on freeway side with car noise, bright street lights and no curtain to shut any of that out. Also the shower water would not adjust to anything but scalding hot.
The next morning I went to the desk and said we could not stay another three nights in that...

"Checking in was smooth. The young man that was there made us feel welcomed. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. This place does have a CARPORT, it's limited to few vehicles. Easy access to highway and restaurants. "

"This hotel has offered airport shuttle in the past, but no longer does. I've stayed at this location several times in there past and it was always nice and clean. Now, not so much. The hallways were nasty and the room smelled bad. The rink sprayed clean, but the smell was awful. The area of town no longer seems very safe. Had I been traveling alone I would have left immediately. The only reason I stayed was because my husband was with me and we had to be at the airport at 5am and it was...
