"Funky hotel, but very nice with large common areas. Totally contact-less (keys are on a phone app), about 10 minute walk from train station. Most tourist sites are close. Our room was a little odd (upper floor with sloped ceilinds, bed in middle of room). The bed was comfortable, and it's one of the few places we found with air-conditioning (slow, but it eventually made the foom nice on a hot day. "Sehr zu empfehlen! Ich habe es enorm genossen, an diesem wunderbaren Ort zu übernachten. Das historische Haus, die direkte Lage am See, ganz nahe Einstiegsmöglichkeit zum Baden. Und „last but not least“, eine aussergewöhnlich aufmerksames, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. (Empfang, Speisesaal ect., einfach überall! Danke für die schönen Tage."

"Ich war zum X-ten Mal im Amaris. Die Lage und der Service sind für meine Zwecke optimal. Diesmal hatte ich sogar ein Upgrade auf ein Apartement. Alle sind nett, alles ist sauber. Die Preise in der Schweiz sind nunmal wie sie sind."

"Friendly hotel staff, who speak fluent English. Wonderful location, down the road from the main train station and a short walk round the corner for trams to anywhere. Enjoyable breakfast spread with a wide selection of coffee, tea and juices. The only thing I was very unhappy about was the bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in among all the hotels I have been to. The pillow that came with the bed was so flat I had to roll it up to get some volume. I think the hotel should...

"We stayed one night at this hotel and really enjoyed it. From the check in process, to check out, everything was flawless. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It felt like we were taken care of. The room itself is very clean and cozy. Everything you need is there. The hotel also offers laundry services, which was very helpful for our travel. Definitely recommend and would come back here again. "
