"Hôtel très bien situé aux pieds d'une sublime crique. Et aux pieds de 2 agences de location de kayak.
Personnel aux petits soins et très gentil et réactif.
Photos contractuelles, l'espace piscine, terrasse et petit déjeuner très mignon.
Point négatif :
Nous avons eu une panne de clim toute la semaine cependant l'hôtel a su nous proposer des alternatives.
Le coût du petit déjeuner un peu cher par rapport à la diversité des produits proposés.
Mais dans l'ensemble très bon hôtel"

"Hôtel propre, bien entretenu et agréable pour un séjour à Minorque. Le personnel est accueillant et les espaces communs sont bien entretenus. Le rapport qualité-prix est correct, surtout pour la localisation et les services proposés. Un grand merci également à l’équipe Jumbo Club qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable grâce à leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble."

"Check in was a breeze, breakfasts were wonderful. Reception open 24 hours. Pool towels also available. Parking is limited so it can be challenging on weekends and high season to park your rental. A/C worked great. Would recommend!"

"Really nice apartment, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool is awesome and the location of the hotel is really close to the harbour and beaches.
Our only small negative is the food was not very hot at breakfast but there was a really nice selection of choices"

"Nice staff and breakfast. Room missing a lot of basic stuff.
Apartment not the cleanest ever, but ok, some things like the cutlery literally disgusting, but there is no soap or sponge dish so no surprise

"We really enjoyed our stay, although for just one night. The location is convenient, and the environment at the hotel is lovely. The best part was the staff at the front desk. They were warm and welcoming and very eager to help make our stay as nice as possible."
