"The best part about there service is helpful staff. Very kind people. Room is decent, big and clean. Few things which needs to impeovment is not very strong and accessible wifi connection, but food is delicious, unlimited continental breakfast which staff prepares is the highlight of it. "I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back."

"This property is showing for cheaper on booking.com but they say they never got my booking so I had to book through Expedia and paid more. The property is a lot nicer once you get inside. The balcony it states you have is the shared balcony that leads to the front door of your room. I thought it would be private. It would have been nice if there was a bigger dish washing rack for dishes, detergent to wash the dishes with and a fresh dish cloth. There was also no hot water which was really...
