"When we arrived, the refrigerator didn’t work and the phone didn’t work either. They switched rooms for us, but the phone still didn’t work. The room was not as clean as it should’ve been for a courtyard by Marriott."

"All aspects of the experience were satisfactory, with the exception of the bathroom door and the air conditioning unit, which appeared to be somewhat obscured. I would be pleased to return should the opportunity arise to visit Denver in the future."

"At check in we noticed an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No extra rolls. Went to front desk and they said someone would be up shortly. They never arrived. Used clenex tissues that night. Next morning advised front desk we had no TP. Was told housekeeping would be right up. No show again. Started walking around looking for housekeeping. Found one lady on our floor. Told her the issue. She wouldn't give me any off her cart. Told me she would run to the supply closet and go...

"Manager was arrogant and rude but the rest of the staff were nice. Pool was nice if you want to skim it yourself to use it. Room was clean. Toilets were not ADA compliant. Rooms were a bit outdated and need attention. Grounds were kept clean. The area the hotel was in was very nice and safe with a lot of food choices."

"FYI they NOW charge for parking. We made our reservation months ago so I disputed the charge. They are NOT in middle of a bustling city so parking fees are absurd The breakfast was ok. Could have been better. Coffee was awful watery. But they had eggs, meat, sausage and gravy. No milk many days And no bananas or hard boiled eggs. Yogurt only occasionally. So not many healthy options.
The pool was decent. Small but nice area. Hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. It’s like a regular...
